A smooth, earthy, and decadent cheese that is made with raw cows milk, infused with real truffle morsels from Italy and white truffle oil, then aged for 60 days. These truffles are Italian black summer truffles, called scorzone.

Plymouth Artisan Cheese's Original Cheddar is aged a year after being made the "original" way.
The Plymouth recipe is the original Coolidge-era formula that was discovered on a frayed scrap of paper, taped to the walls of the old Plymouth factory, and then was revitalized by founder Jesse Werner in 2009.
This cheddar is truly scrumptious with a sharp, rich flavor profile. This cheddar is said to be closest to what the settlers of the 1600s consumed.
