The result is a gourmet vinegar with a slightly thicker consistency, rich flavoring, natural coloring, and just enough sweetness to balance the acidity. A method that cannot be rushed and is only achieved using whole fruit ingredients, patience, and time. This vinegar is a wonderful, full-bodied finishing vinegar infused with the sweetness of fresh roasted beets and a medley of spices, including bay leaf, cumin, and orange peel. Ways to Enjoy

With it's slightly thicker consistency it makes an elegant salad dressing and light glaze. Fantastic over a simple bibb lettuce salad with red onion, fresh orange, and Feta cheese.  Wonderful over roasted red meats.

Dress: Use as a simple salad drizzle or like you would with any vinegar to dress salads.

Sauce: For quality cuts of beef, lamb, or salmon, use as a finishing sauce or warm and thicken with butter - like you would with a buerre blanc.

Season: Add a little touch wherever a recipe calls for an acid, such as lemon, lime, vinegar or verjuice.

Marinade: Get away from heavy, over powering marinades. Enhance the natural flavors with Spiced Beet Vinegar.

Drinks: Not kidding! Just add it to seltzer (you may want to add a little rum or whisky too).
