Enjoy on ice cream, in cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, over pancakes, waffles, french toast and freshly cut fruits. It is also great for baking, marinades, salad dressings, sauces, drinks - pretty much anything you can think of!

Vermont Maple Syrup
Keep in a cool, dark place. Fridge or freezer is ideal. Syrup will stay viscous in freezer. If mold generates, boil and filter twice.
