Wozz’s Ginger Soy Infusion dressing is a fusion of fresh hand chopped garlic and ginger marinated in Japanese dashi and sweetened soy.

Ways to Enjoy

Marinade: tuna, salmon, fish, chicken, shrimp and beef.

Dress: a salad of grilled chicken, cucumber, fresh torn mint, red onion and chilli julienne.

Dip: dipping sauce for sushi, sashimi, dumplings, pot stickers and fried seafood. Season: Asian styled soups, broths and sauces.

Sauce: a light sauce for steamed and grilled fish.

Ingredients

Dashi (kombu-sea vegetables & deep well water), Cane sugar, Soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat, salt), Sake (rice wine), White wine, Lemon juice 100%, Fish sauce (anchovy, water, salt, sugar), Ginger, Garlic, Sesame seed (un-hulled, toasted), and xanthan gum.
